Since 1985, AllStaff has been providing a wide variety of personnel including customer service clerks, data entry clerks, receptionists, secretaries, word processors, accounting clerks, bookkeepers, and assemblers to hundreds of satisfied clients. All of our employees are carefully screened and tested, and references are checked.

Our testing program utilizes various tests from specialized test publishers in order to ensure employee competence and reliability. The number and complexity of the tests increase with the requirements of each job classification. Tests are given at personal computers, as well as with paper and pen. Skills tested range from filing, spelling, and typing to numerous word-processing programs.

A successful skills-enhancement training program in our various word-processing programs is offered, free of charge, to our temporary employees. This program enables us to anticipate your needs and provide you with employees who are knowledgeable of the programs used in various environments.

We back up our screening, reference-checking, testing, and training programs with a guarantee that if notified on the first day that the temporary employee you are provided is unsatisfactory, you will not be billed for the hours. We can assure you, however, that we rarely have to honor this guarantee. Also, we provide unemployment and workers’ compensation insurance and liability coverage for our client’s protection.

Our response time regarding job order information is about 30 minutes. We are able to fill orders quickly and accurately because our entire registry of employees is computerized in our skill search program.
